Once you approve the proposal and confirm the start of work, the project will be considered officially commenced.

Before Work Starts

• 100% refund available

After Proposal Approval & Initial Work

• Up to 75% refund may be provided depending on the work completed

After Project Work Has Started

• No refund will be provided once development/design/marketing work has officially started after client approval.
